Mat Kearney at The Van Buren: Frequently Asked Questions
When is Mat Kearney performing at The Van Buren in Phoenix?
Mat Kearney is scheduled to perform on August 19, 2027, at The Van Buren in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Check your ticket details for the event's confirmed door and show times.
What kind of concert can I expect?
Mat Kearney is a pop-rock singer-songwriter known for melodic songs and a distinctive blend of acoustic and contemporary sounds. The Van Buren's intimate, 1,800-capacity concert setting offers a closer live-music experience than a large arena.
How much do Mat Kearney tickets cost?
Prices currently start around $45 and may reach approximately $175 or more, depending on availability, ticket location, and demand. Ticket prices can change as the event approaches. Review the full price and any applicable fees before completing your purchase on ticketsphoenix.org.
What are the best places to sit or stand at The Van Buren?
The Van Buren primarily uses a general admission standing floor, with mezzanine or balcony seating available for some events. For a close, energetic view, choose the GA floor and arrive early. If elevated sightlines and a more comfortable viewing position are your priority, look for mezzanine or balcony tickets if offered for this show. Balcony access is by stairs only.
Are there any areas to avoid if I want a clear view?
On a general admission floor, a late arrival may mean standing farther back, where shorter guests can have a less direct view. Check the ticket listing for any limited-view or obstructed-view notes, and do not assume balcony access is included unless it is specified with your ticket.
Where can I park for The Van Buren?
The Van Buren has no on-site parking. Nearby paid lots and garages are generally within about 0.2 to 0.5 miles, and limited metered street parking may be available. The X Phoenix Garage at 200 W. Monroe Street is about 0.2 miles away; sampled event parking has been around $12, though rates and availability can change. Reserve a space in advance when possible, and do not park in the Ziggy Magic Pizza Shop / Stardust Pinbar lot, which is not permitted for venue guests. View nearby parking options.
Can I take public transportation or a rideshare?
Valley Metro Light Rail is a practical alternative to driving in Downtown Phoenix; check current routes and service times for your trip. Rideshare is another convenient option. The venue entrance is at 401 W Van Buren Street, and drop-off or pickup should take place only where traffic conditions allow active loading and unloading.
What is the bag policy at The Van Buren?
The venue conducts bag searches, but the event-specific bag size and permitted-item rules were not provided. Check The Van Buren's current venue guidance before leaving for the show, and plan to bring only essentials to help you move through entry more smoothly.
How do mobile tickets work, and how can I prepare them?
The Van Buren uses mobile entry for events, and standard tickets are not emailed as printable PDFs. After purchasing through ticketsphoenix.org, follow the delivery instructions provided for your order. Before arriving, open the ticket through the designated account or app, sign in, and make sure your phone is charged. Transfer availability and ticket access can depend on the ticket type and event rules.
How can I be confident my tickets are legitimate?
Use the order and delivery information supplied by ticketsphoenix.org, and confirm that your tickets appear through the designated mobile ticketing account before the event. The Van Buren warns that tickets from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, refunded, or counterfeit; avoid screenshots or informal offers that cannot be verified through the applicable ticketing system.
When will tickets be delivered?
Delivery timing can vary by ticket type and event restrictions. The Van Buren uses mobile entry and does not provide standard printable tickets, so monitor your order updates and the designated ticketing account. If delivery timing or access is unclear, contact ticketsphoenix.org using the details on your order.
How long will the concert last, and is there an opening act?
The event schedule and supporting acts have not been provided. Concert length and set times can vary; allow for an opening performance and possible schedule changes, and check the event listing and venue updates closer to August 19, 2027.
Are there age restrictions for Mat Kearney at The Van Buren?
An age restriction for this specific performance has not been provided. Check the event's ticket listing and The Van Buren's current entry requirements before purchasing, particularly if attending with a younger guest.
